We want to cancel out the stigma of crew agencies not taking care of their clients and we want to soley make it our primary focus. We love watching people grow in their careers, being happy on the yachts they work on and the fulfillment of making lifelong friends and family in this industry. We understand in some cases it can be tough, so we want to be there for you all.
